I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view of the mountains, but mine was not great as it was on the ground floor. The staff provided excellent service, although the loud music at 11 pm was bothersome. The location was good for the gondolas and ski slopes, despite being crowded at times.
