The hotel's rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and well-heated, but do not have balconies and can only accommodate two adults at a time. The service is varied with some staff assisting in renting snow boots while others lack awareness in hospitality. The location is exceptional, being close to the Gulmarg Gondola counter and featuring stunning views. The dining options offer a mix of Indian and continental fare, though with limited breakfast choices. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positives and negatives for travelers.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view of the mountains, but mine was not great as it was on the ground floor. The staff provided excellent service, although the loud music at 11 pm was bothersome. The location was good for the gondolas and ski slopes, despite being crowded at times. The dining was decent but fell short of the hotel's overall excellence. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay surrounded by nature, with helpful service but lacks in cleanliness and room upkeep. The dining options are satisfactory. Value for money may vary.
